Tomas Inurritegui Lint serves as the International & Marketing Director at Arianna Lint Inc., where he drives the organization's mission to empower businesses with the tools and knowledge needed to embrace transgender inclusion. With a strong commitment to fostering supportive and equitable workplaces, Tomas plays a key role in advancing ALINC’s vision of diversity and inclusivity.

Drawing from his extensive experience in the hospitality industry—honed at some of the most prestigious restaurants across Venezuela, Chile, and the United States—Tomas brings a deep dedication to excellence in every aspect of his work. His passion for event promotion allows him to blend representation, quality, and impact, making a meaningful difference in creating more inclusive environments.

Javiera Arnillas C.
Public Relations, Training & Inclusion Director

Javiera Arnillas C. is an Afro-Peruvian trans activist, actress, and content creator. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru’s Performing Arts program, she led the “Reforma Trans PUCP” campaign, achieving recognition for transgender students' social names on campus.

As an actress, Javiera has starred in notable films such as Sin Vagina, Me Marginal (2017), The Boy Who Did Not Want to Kill (2018), and A Singular Romance (2022). Her theater credits include Diary of an Unloved Being (2015), Females Do Not Cry (2023), and The Doctor (2024). Through her work, Javiera continues to promote diversity, inclusion, and representation.
